Pisses me off totaly

The one thing that really gives me a headache(literaly) is how important websites in our life have not got the guts to have a REAL help desk with REAL people manning it! I dont know about you but I am sick & tired of getting directed to a FAQ web page which does not answer any question at all. I spend aproximately 3 hours a day(7 days a week) just trying to get problems sorted out! Do the people that run these so called services believe in their product? I think not,otherwise they would have confidence that they would not be swamped by telephone calls demanding to know why things are not working as they should. FAQ sites just send you around in circles till you want to scream.The one time that I actually(after 5 hours of trying)got someone REAL to answer my requests all he did was (you guessed it)-refer me to the f**king FAQ page!! What is needed is for a concerted effort from all disgruntled people to send a message to these faceless people that it is just not good enough. I am willing to front a cause to get more accountability from these people but I need to know how many people are behind me. So how about it? Do you want things to work better on the net? Do you want a smoother browsing experience? Do you want people who you downloaded software off to give you real help? Just register a simple message at this site & if I can get enough behind me maybee we CAN make a difference!
